Sign in with your gym (Arbox) email and password — the same login as the gym's own app. That's the only setup. The app books your classes for you, including the ones that fill the instant registration opens (usually 48h before; 72h for Sun/Mon) — even at 3am, whether or not your phone is on.
Add to weekly books that class every week automatically. Stop recurring ends it. Going to miss just one week? Tap Skip on that date — it pauses only that week. Tap Queue (in ☰) to see Your weekly classes and the status of each: booked, books at its window, skipped, or paused. There, + Add adds one without finding its class first: pick the day, then the class. Stop on one ends it; a class it has already booked stays booked.
- The gym allows one booking per class type per day. A second is refused — the app tells you. A waiting-list spot is still allowed.
- Cancelling a class your weekly rule books also skips that date, so it isn't instantly re-booked. It resumes the next week.
- Manage your account under Queue → Account (sign out, or delete your saved schedule and stored login).
- Tap ⋯ on a class for more: WOD (that day's workout), Who's in (who's booked), and the weekly controls. A ⭐ on a card means an Arbox friend is going.
- The menu next to the filter picks the part of the gym, as in the gym's own app: Group training (where it starts), Open Gym, or All locations; the days it has nothing on are faded. Mine always shows all your bookings, wherever they are.
- Use the chips above the days to filter by type — W.O.D, HYROX, YOGA, and so on. The list stays on the day you picked: days with nothing of that type are faded, and the list says which day has the next one, with Show.
- History (in ☰) lists the classes you went to, month by month; Show older at the bottom goes further back. It loads your newest classes each time you open it, so a class you just did is there the next time, or at once with Refresh. Tap WOD on one for its workout, and write Your note on it — weights, times, how it went. Save keeps it in your Arbox logbook, the one the gym's app shows; empty it and Save to clear it. If your session runs out before it is saved, sign in again: what you wrote is kept for you.
- Calendar (in ☰) puts your classes in your phone's Calendar once and for all: Subscribe, and every class you hold — the ones the app books for you, and waiting-list places, marked (waitlist) — is in a calendar of its own, Gym classes, by itself; a class you book goes into it, and one you cancel leaves it, at the next refresh. Your weekly classes are in it four weeks ahead, marked (planned), and classes you queued, marked (queued), each saying when the app books it; once it has, the class is there as itself. A class leaves it too once it is over, by the next day: History keeps the ones you went to. With the feed on, your classes say ✓ calendar feed instead of 📅, and any you had added with 📅 before are in your calendar twice: delete those copies, which don't update or leave when you cancel. Without it, 📅 adds one class at a time, and shows ✓ once you have tapped it.
- Hit Feedback (top) to send a bug report or feature request straight to the app's maintainer.

This page talks straight to Arbox from your browser — the same API the gym's own site uses. Nothing goes through any other server. Your password is used once to get a session token and is never stored; the token lives in this tab only and is gone when you close it.
Registration opens 48h before most classes, 72h for Sunday and Monday. A class further out shows Queue: tap it and GitHub Actions claims the seat the second its window opens, days later, with nothing of yours running. Your recurring weekly slots are already handled the same way.
Queueing and weekly bookings are set up automatically when you sign in — the same email and password. Nothing else to configure on this phone.
Account
Sign out just clears this phone. Delete account removes your saved schedule and stored gym credentials from the service for good — it cannot be undone.
Found a bug or want a feature? Tell me here. It goes straight to the app's maintainer — no email, no account beyond the one you're signed in with.
Subscribe once, and your phone's Calendar keeps your gym classes by itself, in a calendar of their own, Gym classes: every class you hold — the ones the app books for you too, and waiting-list places, marked (waitlist) — and a class you cancel leaves it at the next refresh, within about an hour. Your weekly classes are in it four weeks ahead, marked (planned), and the ones you queued, (queued), each saying when the app books it, until it has. It has the classes to come: a class leaves it once it is over, by the next day, and History keeps the ones you went to. No 📅 to tap on each class, and no “Allow?” for each.
The link is private: anyone who has it can see your classes. Reset link makes a new one, and the old one stops working at once — a calendar subscribed to it stops updating, and the new one has the same name, so delete that Gym classes calendar in Calendar first. Stop ends the feed; delete the Gym classes calendar in Calendar to clear its classes.
